About this winery

The research for a quality product begins in the vineyard with an attentive and sustainable care. Most of the vineyard work is made by hand. A small production means attention to details. We want our wine to fully embody the uniqueness of the grapes of the Val Borbera territory. Our Timorasso is produced with state-of-the-art winemaking techniques: soft pressing, slow fermentation at controlled temperature, a long refinement process in steel containers on fine lees and planned batonnage.

Product notes

Hand-picked. Double sorting table to press only the best bunches, which are first crushed and pressed. The juice ferments at a controlled, low, and stable temperature to promote fine extraction and bring out the nobility of aromas and flavors. Aged in French barrels with stirring. Citrus aromas (mandarin, lime) on the nose. Notes of orange blossom and a hint of iodine. Finish: toasted, smooth, lively.

Production notes

Manual harvesting. Double sorting table to press only the best bunches of grapes which will be crushed and pressed beforehand. Tasting notes

Elegant, fragrant, vibrant and charming are all words that describe this magnificent Timorasso wine. First of all, it evokes electrifying scents of citrus fruits such as tangerine, but also lime. Also, we discover notes of orange blossom and even a touch of iodine. The mouth confirms what is in the nose, but also displays that typical minerality and salinity. The finish is slightly toasted, smooth and lively.
