About this winery

Product notes

After the sorting table, the grapes macerate and ferment in stainless steel tanks. The malolactic fermentation is done in tuns. The wines spend 12 months in oak barrels (80% French, 20% American), of which 1/3 is new wood. The expressive nose opens with ripe blackberries, cinnamon, with some peppery notes. In the mouth, fresh and balsamic notes followed by a very "comfortable" touch, reminiscent of Rioja; the mid-palate is more Ribera.

Tasting notes

The expressive nose opens with ripe blackberries, cinnamon, with some peppery notes. In the mouth, fresh and balsamic notes followed by a very "comfortable" touch, reminiscent of Rioja; the mid-palate is more Ribera. Here is a wine where classicism and modernism are balanced, a wine that does not seduce only by the concentration.
