Product notes
An elegant and complex white wine, boasting a remarkable balance between aromatic richness and saline brightness, making it a standout pairing for refined dishes like lobster, shellfish or foie gras.
Production notes
Harvested from organically farmed vines over 65 years old on clay‑limestone slopes in Chaintré and Fuissé, this Chardonnay is hand‑picked with gentle pressing. It is fermented in stainless steel and aged for 12 months on fine lees in steel and partially in oak barrels, with no fining to maintain fruit integrity
Tasting notes
The pale-gold colour with green highlights reveals aromas of grapefruit, apple, liquorice, jasmine and vanilla, complemented by subtle cinnamon and toasted bread notes. On the palate it’s rich yet saline, closing with a precise and lingering freshness
