Product notes

An elegant and well-structured wine, combining aromatic richness with fine tannins. It pairs perfectly with grilled red meats, game, or aged cheeses.

Production notes

The grapes are hand-harvested in September, separately for each variety. After destemming, they undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 26 °C for 20 days. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, then is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. It is then bottled and continues maturation in the cellar.

Tasting notes

This wine displays a cherry-red color with brick-red hues. The nose is intense and complex, revealing aromas of dark fruits like picotas and blueberries, accompanied by spicy and toasted notes from the aging process. On the palate, it offers a silky texture, a fleshy structure, and a long, harmonious finish.
