We are happy to present our domain, worked in biodynamic for more than 25 years, located in the South of Touraine, at the doors of Poitou, on a pretty hill. The Domaine is part of the Touraine appellation but its geographical situation sets it apart.

This cuvée comes from a single parcel planted in 1998.
100% sorting and de-stemming, slow, low-pressure pressing. Vinification in vats, fermentation at controlled temperature (14 degrees).
We want to give this cuvée a fruity side, young and fresh, but with plenty of maturity. We don't want a traditionally acidic Aligoté. Aperitif, grilled fish, seafood, Burgundy snails and Chèvre Mâconnais cheese will delight Aligoté lovers. Enjoy within 2-3 years with traditional meals.
