Product notes

This Chablis earned an 87 % score from SAQ and is widely praised for its balance, purity and approachable style. Some wine aficionados have scored it around 92 points, making it a great value choice

Production notes

This 100% Chardonnay comes from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards in the villages of Maligny, Ligny‑le‑Châtel and Villy, planted on fossil-rich Kimmeridgian marl soils. Grapes are picked late by hand to achieve full maturity; fermentation uses native yeasts and the wine is aged on its lees in stainless steel for around 11 months, without oak, emphasizing the vineyard’s saline minerality

Tasting notes

Expect aromas of green apple, lemon, white peach, white florals and flint. The palate is crisp and fresh, with a broad, slightly creamy body, finishing on a delicate, saline lift reminiscent of coastal air
