Product notes
“Les Corbeaux” strikes a lovely balance of brawn and grace, approachable now yet built to evolve through 2040. It’s an excellent partner to game, beef or rich dishes, and shines with a harmonious fusion of deep fruit and refined structure
Production notes
The Pinot Noir is sourced from a 0.7 ha parcel adjacent to Mazis-Chambertin on deep clay-limestone soil. With vines about 50 years old, around 70 % destemming, gentle maceration, punch-downs and an 18-month élevage in 100% new oak, this wine delivers classic Sérafin power, texture and depth
Tasting notes
Deep ruby in colour, the nose offers intense black fruit—blackberry and cassis—layered with forest floor, dark chocolate and subtle spice. The palate is rich and structured, with firm yet silky tannins, discreet acidity and a long, saline-tinged finish that beautifully captures its terroir
