Product notes

This Ripasso impresses with bold fruit balanced by structure and elegance. It suits hearty Italian dishes like rich pastas or grilled meat beautifully. A warm and approachable wine, made for everyday enjoyment and authentic character.

Production notes

The Terra Venetica Valpolicella Ripasso comes from the Valpolicella area just north of Verona, made using the traditional ripasso process where the young wine undergoes a second fermentation with leftover Amarone grape skins. This method adds depth and structure while preserving the fruit clarity. As an organic wine, it offers a pure, natural expression without heavy oak aging

Tasting notes

Pours a deep garnet red with purple highlights. The nose reveals ripe black cherry, stewed raspberry, and a soft touch of spice, complemented by a faint violet nuance if you take the time to breathe in. On the palate, it’s round and smooth, with solid yet well-blended tannins, finishing with lingering notes of cherry and subtle spice
