About this winery

The Lavau family and its love of wine, its passion for the land and the soil began in Saint Emilion in the 19th century. The story then continued to be written in Tunisia where René Lavau and his son transformed a small property of vineyards and orange trees into a flourishing business that became the most important wine producer in the country. Product notes

Wine-Food pairing : Shrimp skewers with citrus and chive sauce. - Bocconcini and guacamole bites. - Salmon trout burger with lemon and caper mayonnaise. - Veggie Couscous. - Stuffed calamari a la plancha on the barbecue.

Production notes

Manual harvesting and quick delivery to the cellar for crushing and pressing. Fermentation at low temperature. The wine is also matured in stainless steel vats in order to preserve all the flavors.

Tasting notes

Nose of white flesh fruits and white flowers, with an exotic touch of mango; ample mouth, very fruity, and very slightly spicy. Nice length in the mouth.
