Product notes

This wine shows a pale, luminous straw-yellow. On the nose, fennel, honey, peach and subtle herbaceous notes emerge. The palate is medium-bodied and generous, with balanced acidity and a fruit-forward texture with no oak influence—clean, fresh and lively

Production notes

Tramontane White from Maison Lavau is a Pays d’Oc IGP blend of 60% Grenache Blanc and 40% Viognier, farmed organically under the cooling Tramontane wind. Grapes are hand-harvested early, fermented in stainless steel at low temperature, and aged on fine lees without oak to preserve aromatic clarity and fruit expression
