Accompanied on the farm by his son and daughter, the experience and know-how of these winegrowers allow them today to be the owners of one of the most medal-winning vineyards in the competitions. The cultivation of the vine, the vinification of the grapes and the maturing of the wines are done according to ancient methods transmitted by the ancestors such as the respect of the wine following the phases of the moon. The culture of the vineyard is then since always in organic culture but it is in 1984 that they chose to be officially approved.
