Product notes
Maceration for 2/3 weeks with temperature control. Alcoholic fermentation is spontaneous (no yeast is added). The aging is 50% about 12months in oak barrels of 300 liters and 50% in containers of Terracota. Floral and wild berry nose, vibrant red, mineral touch, light smoky and pastry notes. Well-defined mouthfeel with clean fruit. It's a fresh wine but has good body with a sweet, soft mouthfeel. It is long with a fruity and balsamic aftertaste.
Production notes
Maceration for 2/3 weeks with temperature control. Alcoholic fermentation is spontaneous (no yeast is added). When the alcoholic fermentation is finished, we press the wine and put it directly into 300 liter French oak barrels where the malolactic process takes place, also naturally and spontaneously. The aging is 50% about 12 months in oak barrels of 300 liters and 50% in containers of Terracota.
Tasting notes
Floral and wild berry nose, vibrant red, mineral touch, light smoky and pastry notes. Well-defined mouthfeel with clean fruit. It's a fresh wine but has good body with a sweet, soft mouthfeel. It is long with a fruity and balsamic aftertaste, giving a delicate but dry structured finish.
