Production notes
Crafted from Syrah and Mourvèdre grown on the rocky limestone slopes of the Alpilles, this Grand Vin is aged for 18 months in both vats and barrels, in the estate’s cathedral-like cellar, following biodynamic principles
Tasting notes
ppearance: deep garnet hue. Nose: rich black fruit compote, tobacco, and warm spice. Palate: full-bodied, polished tannins, flavors of blackberry and prune, hint of smoke, and a long, spicy finish.
