Product notes
Manual harvesting and sorting. Temperature control. Pneumatic press. Beginning of fermentation in stainless steel vats, down in the cellar where the maturation is followed with delicacy. Aged in 100% barrels for 12 months (1 and 2 year old barrels). The nose is expressive: mineral notes (white flowers) and citrus fruits. Mouth : the wine is crisp, fruity and of course elegant with its minerality. This rich and charming wine offers a nice balance.
