We are happy to present our domain, worked in biodynamic for more than 25 years, located in the South of Touraine, at the doors of Poitou, on a pretty hill. The Domaine is part of the Touraine appellation but its geographical situation sets it apart.

Vinification in vats. This cuvée comes from a single parcel. We want to give this cuvée a fruity side, young and fresh but with a lot of maturity. We don't want an acidic Aligoté as the tradition wants it. Aperitif, grilled fish, seafood, Burgundy snails and Mâconnais goat cheese will delight Aligoté lovers. To be enjoyed within 2-3 years with traditional meals.
