Product notes
Skin maceration at low temperature for a few days. Vinification in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at temperatures between 16 - 18 ° C. Aging on lees for a few months with periodic resuspension, while a part matures in French oak barrels. Nose of pear, mango and lime. Herbaceous notes: basil and mint. The palate is round, rich supported by a nice acidity and a persistent and fruity finish.
