Tasting notes
Sparkling color with yellow-green reflections. On the nose, we perceive sharp smells of fresh fruits such as apple, crisp pear and grapefruit. The lively acidity quickly whets our appetite and is perfectly balanced with the fullness and smooth texture. The finish is long, even persistent, fresh and tasty, where the fruit flavors perceived on olfaction are present. In retro-olfaction, some floral and even mineral notes.
