Product notes
The harvest is done by machine. On arrival at the winery, the grapes are transferred to concrete fermentation tanks of 4 to 6 tons. Controlled by thermoregulation. The maceration on the marc can last up to 3 weeks. After a one year maturation in concrete vats, a 4 months maturation on wood follows. The nose : notes of stewed fruits like cherry or plum. The mouth : dense and velvety with elegant fruity aromas, + woody.
Production notes
The harvest is done by machine. The grapes are destemmed directly on the vine with an on-board de-stemmer. On arrival at the winery, the grapes are transferred to concrete fermentation tanks of 4 to 6 tons. Controlled by thermoregulation, we favour a controlled controlled extraction during the fermentation phase. A regular immersion of the marc allows an optimal extraction of the color of color and tannins. The maceration on the marc can last up to 3 weeks. After a one year maturation in concrete tanks, a four month maturation on woodof four months to support the aromatic.
Tasting notes
The robe is a deep red with purple reflections. The nose reveals notes of stewed fruits like cherry or plum. The mouth is dense and velvety with elegant fruity aromas, supported by a with a harmonious finish.
