Product notes

Vinification carried out traditionally with a vatting period of 8 days. The grape harvest carries out its alcoholic fermentation under marc. Then the wine is drained from the vat and gently pressed. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, is then racked and matured in concrete tanks. Very expressive aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant) and spices. Its velvety matter and its supple tannins fade on a persistent fruity final.

Tasting notes

This wine has a garnet color and very expressive aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant) and spices. It seduces by its finesse and freshness from the north facing vineyards. Its velvety substance and its supple tannins fade on a persistent fruity finish.
