Production notes
Since 1868, the winery has been owned by the family. Hollenburg is an old wine-growing community in the Krems district of Donau, located in the Kremstal wine region. The warm days through the foothills of the Pannonian climate and the nights that are strongly cooled by the Danube and the northwest wind of the Waldviertel are elements of the microclimate that make this area an excellent basin for the production of extremely fruity and spicy wines.
Tasting notes
A Grüner Veltliner with fresh fruit notes like lime and green apple. In addition, it presents a typical pepper note. Through its lively and ample mouth, we can detect a charming and subtle smell of sweet peach that stretches into a long and harmonious finish.
