About this winery

The vineyard extends over 14 communes and 3,000 hectares, 80% of which are planted with Sauvignon Blanc grapes and 20% with Pinot Noir. The terroir is made up of three types of soil: terres blanches, caillottes and argilo-siliceuses. With grapes from all these villages and soil types, we create superb blends.

Product notes

13% vol. residual sugar 1.4 g/L. Serve between 6°C and 8°C. Excellent accompaniment to snacks, light dishes (such as salmon or sautéed vegetables) and fresh summer cooking.

Production notes

Made from 100% Pinot Noir from the AOC Sancerre. Harvested mechanically or manually, destemmed, and fermented in stainless steel vats at low temperatures to preserve freshness, with no barrel aging.

Tasting notes

Pale pink in tone. On the nose, it presents floral notes, delicate red fruits, and a slight vegetal nuance. On the palate, it is dry and light, with fresh acidity and a delicate texture, without the influence of wood.
