Product notes

With an alcohol content of 12.5%, this Champagne has been rated 95 points by James Suckling and 93 points by Wine Enthusiast. It's ideal for special occasions, served as an aperitif or paired with dishes such as poularde with truffle butter and mushrooms or roast beef with girolles.

Production notes

Made with 100% Chardonnay grapes from the finest Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs: Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Cramant, and Avize. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, and the wine ages on its lees for 12 years (144 months), without partial malolactic fermentation to preserve its mineral freshness. The dosage is 7 g/L, using a 40-year-old solera.

Tasting notes

This pale gold Champagne presents fine, persistent bubbles. The nose offers aromas of white flowers, ripe white-fleshed fruits, and a subtle hint of white tobacco. The palate is opulent, with vibrant acidity that brings freshness and a long, elegant finish.
