Product notes

Manual harvest with successive selections. Aged on lees. 12 months in barrels and 6 months in wooden vats. Domaine FL has decided not to carry out malolactic fermentation. This choice allows the wines to keep their beautiful acidity and their strong character. Typical white wine thanks to its specific terroir on this parcel that is Le Parc. Structured, generous with aromas of vanilla, fruits and white flowers.
