Production notes

Historic white wine of the estate, this cuvée reveals the potential of this grape variety on our granite terroirs. The soils, deep and sandy and granitic, give a perfectly balanced profile between minerality and depth. VINIFICATION Direct pressing followed by settling in stainless steel tank at low temperature. Fermentation directly in French oak barrels. AGING Aging on fine lees in used oak barrels (3 to 4 wines) for 12 months,

Tasting notes

TASTING NOTES Color: Beautiful pale gold color. Nose: Very open nose with yellow-fleshed fruits and white flowers (acacia), with a toasted touch of grilled bread. Mouth: Mineral and full-bodied, with saline notes, supported by a beautiful tension. FOOD & WINE PAIRINGS Veal chop in sauce with mushroom cream, scallops roasted in salted butter, fresh red tuna tartare with red onions and coriander, oysters, crab meat with julienned celeriac, and caviar. SERVING TEMPERATURE Enjoy this vintage between 10°C and 12°C. AGING POTENTIAL 5 to 8 years depending on storage conditions
