Product notes

A sincere, generous wine—great with casual meals, grilled meats, or well-seasoned vegetarian dishes.

Production notes

This biodynamically farmed wine is mainly Merlot with a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon. It’s vinified in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts, and partially aged in barrels to retain fruit freshness.

Tasting notes

Attractive nose of red fruits, blackcurrant, and light spice. On the palate, it’s smooth and balanced, with fine tannins and a clear sense of place.
