Product notes

An age-worthy, elegant, and complex wine that showcases the full potential of Blaye’s terroir. Excellent with roasted meats, rich dishes, or after a few years of cellaring.

Production notes

Produced biodynamically, this wine comes from old Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon vines. It’s vinified with precision, fermented in stainless steel, and aged 12 to 18 months in French oak barrels, some of which are new.

Tasting notes

Deep nose of dark fruits, licorice, cedar, and subtle smoky notes. On the palate, it’s dense and structured, with ripe tannins and long finish.
