Product notes
Bel a Ciao is a natural, organic, and sulfite-free wine, reflecting a modern and environmentally respectful approach. It pairs perfectly with exotic spicy dishes, oysters, fish, and seafood. Serve between 10°C and 12°C to fully appreciate its generosity.
Production notes
Bel a Ciao is an orange wine made from skin-contact Sémillon, vinified like a red wine. The grapes come from biodynamically converting vineyards in Entre-Deux-Mers, an argilo-calcareous region. Fermentation occurs at low temperatures (16-20°C) using indigenous yeasts and no added sulfites. The wine is aged on fine lees for six months, without oak aging, to preserve its purity and natural expression.
Tasting notes
This wine offers aromas of white flowers, tangerine, and linden. On the palate, it stands out for its freshness, liveliness, and complexity, with notes of fresh tropical fruits and citrus. The finish is slightly spicy, long, and lemony, with a pleasant touch of salinity.
