Production notes
This wine from the PDO Slopes of Meliton is a blend of 50% Assyrtiko, 35% Athiri, and 15% Roditis, grown organically on Greece’s chalky Sithonia slopes. It’s softly pressed, settled, and naturally fermented (no selected yeasts) in stainless steel at low temps, then aged on lees to enhance texture and complexity
Tasting notes
With a pale straw colour, it reveals aromas of lemon, white-fleshed fruit and a hint of mint. The palate is full-bodied yet fresh, supported by fine acidity and a vibrant citrus-driven finish
