Product notes

Villa Chavin shines as a friendly, stylish rosé perfect for laid-back gatherings or warm-weather meals. Its low alcohol level adds elegance, while its juicy fruit character appeals broadly — a smart pick for those seeking freshness with subtlety.

Production notes

Villa Chavin is a light rosé (9% alcohol) from 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah grown organically in Languedoc‑Roussillon. Night-harvested grapes undergo direct pressing, cold settling, low-temperature stainless steel fermentation, and lees aging for subtle roundness while preserving freshness.

Tasting notes

This rosé features a pale, shimmering salmon hue and fresh aromas of red berries and citrus. On the palate, it’s crisp and lively, with balanced acidity and a gentle saline lift ending in a clean, light finish.
