Production notes

Hand-picked when ripe. Traditional vinification in temperature-controlled cement vats. Long vatting period (21 days). For 12 to 18 months in barrels, 40% of which are renewed each year, starting with the 2014 vintage.

Tasting notes

A rich, full-bodied, supple wine with lots of ripe fruit (blackcurrant, cherry) nuanced with spicy notes and smooth, pleasantly woody tannins. Enjoy with roasted red meats and game.
