Product notes
Château du Courlat offers a generous yet polished style where rich fruit meets elegant structure. It’s a great match for hearty dishes like game stew or grilled meats and delivers authentic, inviting pleasure in a welcoming, unpretentious style
Production notes
This wine is made mainly from older Merlot vines at Lussac‑Saint‑Émilion. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel or cement vats, with slow maceration to build texture while retaining freshness. A portion is barrel‑aged in oak to add refinement without overwhelming the fruit purity
Tasting notes
It pours deep red with dark hues. The nose brings ripe black cherry, stewed plum, and a hint of soft spice. On the palate, it is full and velvety, with supple tannins and a finish that echoes the dark fruit and a refined freshness, all without heaviness
