Product notes
A unique, vibrant orange wine capturing the cool climate terroir of British Columbia. Ideal as an aperitif or with Asian-style spicy dishes or smoked fish. Best served between 10–12 °C. Drink now or over the next 2 to 3 years.
Production notes
This is an orange wine made from 100% La Crescent, a cold-hardy hybrid grape grown organically in Monte Creek’s Thompson Valley vineyards in British Columbia. After hand-harvesting, fermentation begins in stainless steel and continues with extended skin contact, without added sulphites. No oak aging; bottled young to preserve fresh aromatic character.
