Product notes

At 12.5% alcohol and very low sugar, this is a dry, precise white wine that showcases the essence of Sancerre Sauvignon. Ideal with seafood or fresh goat cheese.

Production notes

This Sancerre is made from Sauvignon Blanc grown on the region’s chalky and clay-silica slopes. Harvested early by machine to preserve acidity, the grapes undergo cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine then rests briefly on fine lees to maintain aromatic purity and mineral precision.

Tasting notes

It shows a pale hue with green highlights. The nose is clean, featuring fresh citrus, boxwood, and a subtle chalky minerality. On the palate, it is crisp and linear, with vibrant acidity and a lingering saline finish.
