Product notes

Parcels: Gumendi and Lampara, planted 15 years ago in the municipality of Andosilla, eastern Rioja. Soils are alluvial clay with pebbles. Grapes harvested by hand. A year marked by extensive selection work both in the vineyard and the cellar, resulting in very good, fresh and well-balanced wines.

Production notes

After de-stemming, the Grenache undergoes a few hours of pellicular maceration. The Grenache and Tempranillo musts are clarified and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Sauvignon mouts are left for 4 days with their lees, then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine remains on its lees until February. Light filtration before bottling.

Tasting notes

Emphasis on fruit. This is a ready-to-drink wine, with notes of fresh, ripe, tropical fruit and good minerality. A pleasure, simply delicious
