The history of Collin-Bourisset is that of associations of wine merchants in the Mâconnais since the beginning of the 19th century. The first one dates back to 1821. It is really in the 1830's that the house takes its rise. The wines were marketed more widely and began to be sold on the Parisian quays. When Louis Bourisset died in 1959, his son Paul Bourisset took over the management of the company for twenty years. In 1979, in the absence of a family buyer, Maison Jean Loron took a stake in the company. After 193 beautiful years in the historical buildings of Crèches sur Saône, a new page of history was written in 2014. Collin-Bourisset thus got closer to Maison Jean Loron, with whom great synergies were possible. It was also an opportunity for Collin-Bourisset to get closer to the vineyard.
