Blurry Moon was created in the heart of the Gers, in the distillery of the house GIMET. As the appellation limited the distillation dates and left the stills idle the rest of the time, our cellar master took the opportunity to experiment. He had the idea to macerate crushed plants and essential oils in order to create a very aromatic and rich gin, in the continuity of the work he does on his blends of Gimet Armagnacs and Lactalium Velvet. Blurry Moon was born.
