About this winery
In 2006, when they acquired Château Romanin, Anne-Marie and Jean-Louis Charmolüe were driven by an energy as strong as the one that runs through the site's undoubted potential. Product notes
Manual harvesting and sorting of bunches. De-stemming and light crushing. Vinification between 24-26°C with maceration between 15 and 20 days. Daily punching of the cap and delestage. Aged for 5 months in stainless steel tanks. Fine nose with accents of violet and blackberry with notes of garrigue. The whole is also enhanced by flavors of wild fruits and spices. It has a full mouthfeel and lingers for a long time in a beautiful finish.

Wine of opaque purplish red hue. Fine nose with violet and blackberry accents. There are also notes of garrigue. This red wine is very fresh and has enveloping tannins. enveloping tannins.
