About this winery
In 2006, when they acquired Château Romanin, Anne-Marie and Jean-Louis Charmolüe were driven by an energy as strong as the one that runs through the site's undoubted potential. Product notes
A gastronomic rosé that combines finesse with Mediterranean freshness, ideal from aperitif to table.
Production notes
This rosé comes from a careful hand harvest of biodynamic Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Cabernet and Counoise grown on limestone‑clay soils in the Alpilles. A gentle whole‑cluster press is followed by a five‑month élevage on fine lees in tank with stirring to maintain freshness and complexity
Tasting notes
Its pale shiny pink colour preludes an expressive bouquet of white‑fleshed fruit and citrus with subtle floral undertones. The palate is bright, full and mineral‑tinged with a lingering, salivating, elegantly fresh finish
