About this winery

In 2006, when they acquired Château Romanin, Anne-Marie and Jean-Louis Charmolüe were driven by an energy as strong as the one that runs through the site's undoubted potential. Product notes

Manual harvesting then cooled in a cold room (10°C approximately) during 24 hours. Manual sorting of the grapes. Long pressing in whole bunches. Natural settling at 10°C and alcoholic fermentation between 18 and 20°C in stainless steel tanks. Blocking of malolactic fermentation. Aging on fine lees for 5 months in stainless steel tanks with stirring operations. The nose is evocative of red and white fruits: raspberry, white peach with mentholated scents.

Tasting notes

The color is light apricot with a beautiful brightness. The nose is delicate, evocative of red and white fruits: raspberry, white peach with mentholated scents. The mouth is fresh and ample. The finish is The finish is mineral with slightly acidic notes of blackcurrant.
