About this winery

In this family estate, since 1947, the Brusset family has been able to combine know-how with the new techniques brought by each generation. André Brusset (1910-1999), founder of the estate, passed on his passion to his son Daniel and his grandson Laurent. Two enthusiasts, two experiences that make the Brusset estate a rare place where the complementarity of two generations gives the best results, in the respect of traditions.

100% manual harvest with sorting of the grapes following different maturity controls. Traditional vinification with de-stemming, punching down, no yeast. Long vatting at 26°C. Aged for 10 months in vats and French oak barrels. Nose of small black fruits with notes of spices. Very powerful in the mouth with a good length, tannins present but round, harmonious woody, good aromatic persistence of blueberry and liquorice.
