Product notes
Hand-picked and sorted harvest. Temperature control. De-stemming. Fermentation in open vats for 14 days before pressing. Daily manual punching down. Aged in 100% barrels, 20% of which are new, for 13 months. The nose is animal and perfumed with kirsch, opening on black fruit aromas (raspberry and black cherry). Round, seductive, lively, but without aggressiveness, the wine is balanced.

Tasting notes
Nice bright vermilion color with brown reflections. The nose is animal and perfumed with kirsch, it reveals a beautiful maturity of the fruit opening on aromas of black fruits (raspberry and black cherry). Round, seductive, lively, but without aggressiveness, the wine is balanced. It is a nice 1er cru of the Saône et Loire, often too little known, with a good quality-price ratio.
