Product notes
The 2020 vintage earned a 92% score at SAQ and averages 4.1/5 on Vivino (roughly 88–90 points), praised for its fruit-forward elegance, refined structure and enjoyable character
Production notes
This Pinot Noir comes from sustainably farmed vines in Bourgogne Épineuil, near Chablis, grown without herbicides or insecticides. The grapes are destemmed, fermented with natural yeast in concrete vats for around 18 days, then aged 12–13 months in seasoned 228 L barrels to preserve fruit freshness and add gentle oak texture
Tasting notes
Deep cherry-red with a magenta hue, the nose reveals red fruits like strawberry and blackcurrant with hints of cold smoke, burnt vine shoots, iris and rose. The palate is silky and juicy, with supple tannins and a refreshing finish delivering immediate drinking pleasure
