Product notes

Monograph Assyrtiko stands out as a lively, approachable expression of Greece’s signature white grape. Perfect as an aperitif or with shellfish, grilled fish, or fresh salads, it delivers elegance and refreshment in a sincere and inviting style

Production notes

The Monograph Assyrtiko is produced in the Nemea plateau of the Peloponnese, where the indigenous Assyrtiko grape thrives in high-altitude, limestone-rich soils. Grapes are hand‑harvested in the cool early morning to retain acidity and freshness. Fermentation occurs in temperature‑controlled stainless steel tanks, with no oak aging, highlighting the grape’s purity and pristine terroir expression

Tasting notes

It pours a bright straw-yellow with subtle green hues. Aromas of lime, grapefruit, honeysuckle, and delicate jasmine appear, framed by a saline streak. On the palate, acidity is crisp yet balanced, texture is light and flowing, and the finish is long with a refined mineral precision
