Product notes

Mechanical harvesting and selection of bunches by table sorting. Total destemming. Traditional vinification with pressing after harvest, alcoholic fermentation at low temperature (about 17 C). The wine is racked after several months on fine lees. Aged in stainless steel tanks. The mouth is creamy from the start, mineral and offers a long-lasting aroma with notes of flowers and pear.
