Product notes

As soon as they arrive in the cellar, the grapes are delicately pressed in order to preserve all the varietal aromas of Furmint. Aged 100% in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. The nose offers a palette of fresh fruits, flint, grapefruit and candied lemons. The attack is balanced and straightforward, opening with flavors of white fruits, citrus and sour candy. The finish is slightly sweet, with a controlled and salivating acidity.

Production notes

Tokaj, located in the northeast of Hungary, is one of the oldest wine regions, and the first to have been classified (1737). According to legend, the wines of Tokaj contributed to the power of monarchs and the inspiration of intellectuals. FURMINT This indigenous grape variety is the majority in the Tokaj region. Its sensitivity to botrytis and its acidity are remarkable. Thanks to these qualities, it produces both great sweet wines and dry white wines of great aromatic complexity, mineral and fresh. In recent years, dry Furmint has been a huge success, being served in the most select places. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are gently pressed to preserve the full varietal aromas of Furmint. Aged 100% in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.

Tasting notes
