The FL domain (Fournier Longchamps) was born in 2007 under the impulse of Julien Fournier. His ambition pushed him to gather exceptional terroirs in the north and south of the Loire on the communes of Savennières and Rochefort-sur-Loire. There are 34 hectares of vines which are spread out today on the appellations Savennières, Savennières Roche aux Moines, Anjou Blanc and Anjou Villages, Coteaux du Layon, Coteaux du Layon 1er Cru Chaume and Quarts de Chaume Grand cru. All the plots are guided to produce organic wines and the plot of Roche aux Moines follows the principles of biodynamics. Our grapes are harvested in optimal conditions (manual harvest) and pressed slowly in the cellar. Our parcel wines are then aged in French oak barrels in order to let the terroir express itself.
