Product notes
Manual harvest with successive selections. Vinification at low temperature between 15 and 17°C. Aged on the lees in wooden vats for 9 months. Charming nose which evokes odors of carambola, ripe pear and quince. Scents of fennel and hawthorn. On the palate, it is full-bodied, rather fat with an impressive length, a tasty aroma and a nervousness making it more suitable for ageing.
